PAC will select wines that match the restaurant concept, desired market position, price, and front-of-house capabilities. Our work involves helping you with procurement, price negotiations, tasting, and inventory management. Depending on your desired scope of work, we can offer our services one-off or, as many of our clients prefer, recurring, monthly, or quarterly.
Wine is our core, and our years of experience running beverage programs shaped us to go beyond wine, and we can offer full-blown beverage lists, including non-alcoholic and cocktails.
